Better than stock but still not a rock slider.
The leading edge behind the front wheel is likely to snag obstacles rather than deflect. The main body of the running board is made from flat stock and not tubular. The aluminum bottom will likely get ripped off when drug over an obstacle. They say it will support the weight of the truck but I am skeptical with only two frame mounting points. I don't see a location where a Hi-Lift could be used to jack up the truck. My $.02Frame bolted options, welded well, good steel thickness.
