It's built like a brick outhouse! Very nicely done. My only suggestion is to open the curve at each end so that there is more clearance between the ends of the bumper and the bodywork.

update

Here are some pics of the finished bumper with the bed cut to match. Reworked the fit of the outside bends and it came out perfect. Just need to finish the hitch and its ready

That's a good looking bumper. How thick is the steel piping, and what would you guess it weighs?

Its all 1 3/4 .120 wall dom. it probly wieghs around 60-70 lbs
