Keypad code not working

2014, all of the sudden my code isn't unlocking my door. It lights up, and if I hit the last two buttons it will lock it. But if I enter my code nothing happens. Has anyone had this issue?

I was going to try and look up my factor code and see if that works,.but wanted to see if anyone else had this issue.

I have not had that issue.... but your factory code is printed on the BCM.
Or in your factory manual pouch on a card if you still have it.

Yes.... the white credit card with 5 digits

This morning I used my factory code and it worked fine. Crazy how my code worked for 7 years and suddenly stopped.
