Fob will come out. possibly in multiple pieces though.

I've got some bolts out of holes in the frame using pickup tools. Some are magnetic and some are not. I use this one all the time.

It will eventually fall out. I'd go buy another key fob. After the dealer re programs the new key fob and the one you have the stuck one won't work.

OP could probably use his phone camera to get into some of the nooks underneath looking for it.

I have a Milwaukee inspection camera I bought at Home Depot, maybe $200. Will come in handy to find your key and more than likely be useful in the future. Just go and get one.

Inspection can is a good idea. Then leaf blower or shop vac.

I once used a con dom and a length of conduit to extract a downspout out of the drain. Put Trojan on end of conduit, inflate rubber inside the downspout and extract.

get fork lift and tilt the truck. slap gas tank and under-shields of truck like you're burping a baby and it might come on out.
