Welcome to the place, congrats. Wonder if the tubes in the seat are collapsed, if thats a thing.

Congrats on the new truck. If they have them, may want to see what the HVAC seat filter looks like.

i was going to say I do believe the older F150s had a filter in the assembly under the seat. Id compare air flow out of the vents feeding the seat bottom. If those are about the same then time to check that filter, the fan and condition of the seat perforations.
