I went with the color-match option in the bed, and had the rear wheel wells sprayed in black. This was done at Line-X of Santa Ana, CA and they did a great job. They pulled all the tie-downs, bolts, and plugs (not yet reinstalled). I asked them not to bother with the tailgate. I really like the way it turned out and the blacked out rear wheel wells is quite an improvement, IMO.

BDRAG, I am slightly disappoint.

When I saw this thread in "New Posts" And saw your name as the last person who posted, I was POSITIVE I'd open this thread and the last post would be you spouting gleeful jubilation about the little gold flakes in your custom Line-X job.... But alas, nothing of the sort.

HEY NOW! Don't be disapointed. I did think of some way to throw that little info in but as you say, ALAS, there is none of that bad ass bass boat metal flake in the silver. Or is there? AHhahaaaaaaa.

Now you KNOW that gold metal flake in MY line X liner goes GREAT with my gold toof! HAhahaaaaaaa.

I did that with my King Ranch to match the lower two-tone color and it turned out great, but that looks killer in silver. Nice job!
