To clarify, any picture that is submitted can not have been posted ANYWHERE on the site before? So if I posted a picture of my Raptor towing something last year in the towing section, I can not submit it for this contest?

Unfortunately for your case, that is the new rule. The thinking behind the idea was that we wanted you guys to get out there specifically for the contest theme and see how creative everyone can get. New pics are always more enjoyable to look at too!

No, I think its a great rule. This brings in new photos and not the same recycled ones.
