Mopar and Ford make good trucks. Ford chose poorly in their engine choice. In hindsight I made a mistake. But I did leave the Ram dealer with a fat check and a sweet new truck. I had a Ram before my Raptor. Two broken exhaust studs in 70K miles was the extent of my problems with it. Next truck will either be a 5.2 raptor of 6.2 Hellcat powered TRX.

I think they chose right. forcing the TTV6 on raptor folks because there was no other motor choice made a believer out of lots of hardcore V8 folks. Now they see what can be wrung out of smaller displacement. it also paves the way for substantiating the use of electric hub motors too.

I still want a V8, so instead of being a quitter, I'll figure out how to get one in the truck that I have.
