OP, sorry for this derailing of your thread. Bump to JDM, as they have a reputation for doing outstanding work!

However, I am very interested to know how Boomer, who claims to be purchasing a Shelby Raptor is also claiming to be getting a JDM tune for said Whipplecharged Raptor. Not saying he's full of shit, yet... Just not understanding why anyone would go through all the expense of purchasing a Shelby Raptor only to have it immediately thereafter re-tuned by JDM. Why wouldn't you just go to JDM in the first place? Or is Shelby somehow utilizing JDM's proprietary tune for their Shelby trucks? Since I can't get Boomer to respond. Anyone???

its simple.
we pull the tune from the ecm install it as a stock tune onto an SCT, then re write the tune with JDM's

A- because I own a dyno, 2 of them actually
B-Jdm gets rid of the 99mph speed limiter and has a tune for the bigger throttle body and no cats
C because I can

Just tell Shelby you want the Whipple SCT Tuner option and you can remove the limiter and Whipple's Tune supports Whipple's 68mm Twin TB.
As for the cats, turning off the O2's I don't know if that can been done you would have to call them.
