depends really, i raced an F250 that was all done up and i beat him with my raptor, that only had headers, exhaust, cai and tune.

I love the 6.2 but any newer generation diesel motor that has a tune/exhaust is going to put a whooping on a Raptor.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Shelby was modifying and tuning your Raptor? Are you adding the JDM tune after the fact? And why? Confused???

OP, sorry for this derailing of your thread. Bump to JDM, as they have a reputation for doing outstanding work!

However, I am very interested to know how Boomer, who claims to be purchasing a Shelby Raptor is also claiming to be getting a JDM tune for said Whipplecharged Raptor. Not saying he's full of shit, yet... Just not understanding why anyone would go through all the expense of purchasing a Shelby Raptor only to have it immediately thereafter re-tuned by JDM. Why wouldn't you just go to JDM in the first place? Or is Shelby somehow utilizing JDM's proprietary tune for their Shelby trucks? Since I can't get Boomer to respond. Anyone???
