Actually, looking at the JDM site it looks like the 795 is the price for the tuner + tune. the 385.00 is just for an emailed tune.

I was mistaken although an asterisk with a tune included under the programmer would have helped.

Now that it is a more manageable number to justify... DO IT!
On my truck the around town MPG went up a lot and the AVG was way more consistent. I used to average 10.7 on Roush tune, landed at 12.2 with JDM at it didn't seem to change a whole lot. That tells me how poorly the Roush set up was controlling the heat with fuel!!
The transmission was the biggest improvement though, and I would spend that money just for that.

From a performance perspective, it was a little misleading. The JDM tune is way more refined so it actually "feels" less violent which translates to slower by the seat of the pants dyno, but that is not the actual case.... Mine worked very very good. Even on 37's mine put down 507 at the tire!! That translates to 640 Crank by most dyno calculations

I just did it on my ‘12 with an aftermarket roush installed. I agree with what everyone said. It’s not a need, but it definitely gave me an increase in mpg and overall getup.

In regards to the order form; I was in the same boat. No idea about previous mods etc. don’t stress it. Give them a call and they will walk through it with you. Most of the stuff on there doesn’t change the tune they provide.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 14 Roush and think the JDM small pulley kit is going to be a necessity. Of you all above, which of y'all went with the pulley, plugs, throttle body, and tune setup?
