I am trying to get some music from my iTunes to the Jukebox.

I currently have a bunch of music saved on a USB drive but cannot search unless I go through line by line alphabetically.

I want to save songs that I PURCHASED from iTunes onto my Jukebox.

I burned them to a disc and made sure to have the album info on the disc. I noticed, however, that when I load the disc it shows them as "UNTITLED" artist and song. I didn't record to the jukebox because I won't know what song it is.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I just got rid of my iPhone and went with a Razr Maxx. I want my music and don't know how to get it there.

I had the exact same issue. I tried cd text but sync wouldn't recognize song names. Did you try an mp3 CD?

I'd recommend against trying to put iTunes music, MP3s, or any other "lossy encoded" music into the Jukebox. The music has already lost some of its data being encoded into MP3 (or AAC in the case of iTunes). When the Jukebox feature pulls it off the CD, (in the uncompressed CD audio format), it will re-encode it using another lossy encoder (I think WMA). This isn't a terrible thing if you're starting with CD audio, but it might be noticeable when starting with MP3s or AACs. If you're going to use the Jukebox, make sure the origin is either a CD, a CD burned from FLAC files, or some other loss-less format.

Both the truck (via USB) and the Android phone should be able to deal with iTunes music (e.g., see embedded track information). Is this not the case?

I don't think it's necessary here, but I use an open-source (free) product called "MusicBrainz Picard" for retagging my music. Works very efficiently when doing large amounts of music, although there's a bit of learning curve to using it (read the docs). Android phone, truck, and computer are all happy with the result.

I have done this with my wifes cds that she drags into my truck. I copy them and then put them in her car! this way she doesn't have her cd luggage bag laying around in my truck...

I have over 6,000 songs in my itunes and would love to have access to them without having to search for a song line by line.

Sync will not allow my to use voice to find a song unless it's in the Jukebox.

I have an app on my Razr Maxx that allows me to play my itunes but my MacBook Pro has to be OPEN in order for that streaming to work...... (Talk about wasting battery)
