I would love to drive a Shelby GT 500, unfortunately I am way too tall (7 feet). They have been very generous so far on the "loaner" I drive. My dealership is Sandy Springs. I wasn't trying to be secretive about it. I feel pretty god about my deal. Hopefully all goes well.

You should ask for a Raptor as a loaner seeing that they have around 5-7 all the time.

Man. Glad I didn't plan to order until Jan or Feb. Too much drama. I remember the same thing happened with the 2011 Super Duties back in 2010 or late 09. Delay after delay with Job 1 and the pre-orders.

Why are you glad? If you ordered in August-Sept time frame there's a good chance of getting a truck in Dec-Jan. If you don' torder till Jan or Feb you aren't seeing a truck till March-Apr. It's not like early order guys are going to have to wait and late order guys are going to get theirs first.

The point is I'm in no hurry to get it. If I order in Jan and get it in May I'm OK with that. I'm not someone who spends the night on the sidewalk at Best Buy just to be the first one to get the new iPhone or XBox game.
