Issues with ALL of my Rigids

I have the Rigid Dually D2 Flood and Rigid driving pattern fogs. For a few months I have noticed that moisture is gathering inside the housing. Last week one of my Dually D2's started flickering. My first thought was a wiring issue but since they are wired in pairs I knew the other was not flickering at all so checked my plug in connection on the harness and it seemed to be plugged in good. The light still flickers and the other doesn't. I am not a happy camper since I paid a premium for these high end lights and have had moisture issues almost the whole time I've had them. Not trying to start a brand war, but my 40" Tuff Stuff light I bought from Amazon has given me zero issues over the last 6 months, no moisture issues, no flickering of any sort. Will Rigid step up and help on repairing or replacing my Dually's and driving fogs? Just curious what everyone else's experience has been with Rigid.

The right thing to do is to contact Rigid. They will stand behind them if there isn't any damage to the lights (obviously). There are others that have had this issue and Rigid took care of it.

All my Rigids got moisture in them at one time or another. They will not let you open then up like some other brands without voiding the warranty because they use a crap load of silicon.

I had no issues with getting them fixed or replaced under the warranty. Rigid stands behind their product. You will have to pay to ship it to them though. D2's aren't a big deal to ship but gets costly if you have 30"-50" light bars, etc. Its just kinda a pain to have to dismount your lights and ship off and wait, then remount them. When I first put them on, I never thought I would have to remove them. Lesson learned and one thing I did differently is making it a lot easier to remove for future removals.

Rigid is not alone in getting moisture, other brands do to. My TMX blackhawks did the same thing. Even Baja Designs states they will to if under extreme conditions but they allow you to open them up and will ship you parts to swap out to fix without having to ship off.

Rigid just replace all 4 of my dual lies, 4 yrs. and paint chipped off and 2 didn't work. First class customer service.

I've got spots on all 4 of my duallies where the powdercoat looks like it wasn't prepped well. No moisture though!! I'll give em a ring and see what they can do.
