I have been trying to install my Dually fog lights on my 2013 for the past 2 days. yes.... 2 days :-(...

Well, I have looks at every post about the lights, how to install, any tips and tricks and any other thing I could think of to have them ready for this trip and I'm having no luck. But what I did see is that I may be one of the chosen few that did not have the bumper aligned just right.

Now for the question... Out of the 75+ trucks and double that in guys and girls that will be there... will there be anyone there that could take a look and maybe even lend a hand to fix my issue. I have the holes drilled, wire ready and lights on the bracket so now I think I need some hands on tech support. I would ready appreciate it and would like to take advantage of the night run with them on.

Thanks a lot everyone in advance.

I wont be at Havoc unfortunately but I can assure you there will be some great people from this forum who would help you in a flat out minute. Bring your gear and you will be taken care of. I have no doubt about it.

What problems are you having?

What kind of problems are you having?
I am sure somebody with more experience will give you a hand. I will have tools in my truck and would be willing to lend a hand. Where are you staying for Havoc?

Its a pain in the ass but less complicated than you think. I drilled my holes bigger and used nuts with lock washers and nuts to give me more wiggle room. The back edge of the bracket needs to align with the back of the frame, not where it rounds over but the flat surface of the frame.
Most bumpers are not exact so the bigger holes for bolts will give you the wiggle room needed to get them installed.

I put the bracket up and drilled the holes as it said. But then when it said to put the lights on the bracket and tried to put the bracket up everything is about a 1/4'' off and the bracket and lights are hitting the bumper.

I've heard of a few Guys placing a few washers between the frame and the bracket so it sits lower in the holes so it won't hit the bumper.

Is it hitting the top part of the bumper or the bottom?
