Yeah back in the day they did some weird stuff but from what my ol man told me they would do like a 4.10 in the front and a 4.11 in the rear so it would pull from the front end instead of balling up "material" in front of the tires. I could have swore he told me some of the fords came like that from the factory but not 100% sure.
The reason that they did this was older Ford trucks ran a Ford 9" in the rear and a Dana 44 in the front. They have never made 4.10s for the 9 inch, only 4.11 and only 4.10s for the Dana 44. The difference between the two is small enough to not matter.

Makes more since!

When do ya get that new Rap? Needs some pics of that when you do!

Picking it up Friday evening from the Parents in KS. My father was nice enough to go pick it up for me and drive it back.

Got some Vision X cannons for my truck. I'm going to make some hood mounts and post up how I go about doing this. Really I have no idea but the good thing about metal is if you don't like it you can weld it back on haha. Wood.... Yeah not so much :Frustrated:

Wheels / DS methods with 37/13.5/17 Mud Grapplers

Hi buddy! Thanks a lot for your answer and amazing pictures!
What can you recommend about the wheels, I don't want that 37/13.5/17 Mud Grappler will pop up out of the original wheel arches and original flenders.
Your 17x9 DS methods what do they have for offset?
I thinking to combine 37/13.5/17 Mud Grappler with MT Classic Baja Lock (new) 17x9 offset -12. Should it be enough for the tires to stay inside of original arches, or I have to take offset mor than -20 ?
/Thanks in advance!!!
