Is this tire repairable?

Is this too far into the sidewall to repair? If so I will probably have to get 4 new tires since they are over 50% gone, so pissed!

I wouldn't. Just my experience with sidewalls.
At high speed it would be on my mind.

That might be on the edge of YES or NO. I (and I mean me) would plug it, and if it wasn't there already, move it to the rear. If it lasts for a few months, great. If not, oh well, get those new tires you had your eye on.

Just make sure the tire shop uses a plug patch

Get a shop to patch it rather than a simple plug kit. Run as spare
