Is this normal ??

Just got my '13 Raptor and was wondering if it is normal for the Navigation screen to turn on when I open the driver door ? If it is... Is there a way to turn off this feature ? Thanks!!

Mine does this as well. I think it's meant to be a bit of an interior light. Haven't found a way to disable it.
