Look elsewhere. I wouldn’t think you’d have a problem finding a 35” at msrp within your state. I’ve had more luck buying vehicles in PA than any other state I’ve made suv/truck purchases.

I called around the southern half of my state (Indiana) and didn’t have much luck with MSRP 37” packages AND a good trade value for my Gen 2. A handful with either 37” msrp or a great trade offer.

But msrp 35” trucks weren’t hard to find. That being said, several dealerships around me also tried the ADM game.

Keep looking, try the more rural areas of PA. I’ve got no doubt a guy could still find a msrp 37” if he was willing to travel, didn’t have to negotiate a trade, and was patient.
