I know on mustangs when you do this they sell MIL eliminator kits, are they available for the raptors? What have you guys done?, I know if you get stainless works catless header system you would run in to the same issue. Can you guys help me out with a solution

Thanks

Speaking of tune...I am sure that the CEL can be turned off within the tuner and the cat removal can also be tuned.

I really did not want to get a full tune for the truck since I don't like to mess with manufacturer tuning, but that's just me. I hate to sound like a weirdo, but I don't like to change the tuning on the truck. That is why a simple mil eliminator would work for me best, as well as saving on the 450 for a tuner.

It sounds like you are talking about an O2 Simulator that you plug in place of the O2 sensor. Due to liability, these have become very hard to find, especially in the past 5+ years.

and for those that want to add a tune but dont want the dealer to know whats happening and have some extra cash... Ya just buy a new processor and a set of new keys... have them matched to your truck them take your old processor out and save, tune and use the new processor as you wish...

By installing them and just plugging them in would do nothing, it automatically sets off the check engine light due to there being no cats. I am trying to bypass that check engine light using MIL eliminators.

Damn Hockster thats a good idea but I dont have funds like that
