Is there any way to straighten this fender?

This was great. I dropped the liner this morning. The bracket was torn partway through. Aluminum. It didn't want to bend back and stay back but I had enough adjustment range to get the fender almost aligned with the door. Hopefully, bouncing and thrashing around won't tear it further and make it pop back out again. If it does, I can probably get my BIL to weld it next time I'm out there. Thanks all.
