I think most forget about it because you could take that 11K and put it towards FRS and 37s…sell the 35’s wheels/tires and come out easily ahead. It’s not because most here don’t off road…there are just better options. Many here like to mod trucks, and 11K either more than covers it or is a massive downpayment on whatever you want to do.

If you’re going to lose most of the cash on the 37 package at resale anyway might as well go custom. This is what people who buy 35 trucks are thinking.

This is why i bought a new non Tremor superduty. Have the Carli Dominator kit with 3.0 Kings in the garage waiting to be installed.

so I say again why buy the 35” when the 37” is better.
Better in someways …maybe ..worse in others yes. Assuming no modifications. Worse in acceleration, worse in travel, worse in MPGs, not to mention a loss of a lot of that 11K at resale when we all get a gen 4 anyways. Sure the shocks are better in some situations maybe…but plenty of people on here who off road haven’t noticed that much of a difference. Yes you get carbon fiber accents and better wheels and two front seats i guess…i still prefer my aftermarket ones I took off my gen 2. It’s the silliest argument I’ve ever seen on here, if you want to say you have 37s and want to remain 100% stock its the way to go. It’s far from the only way to go.

worse in MPGs
Very silly argument.
It’s the silliest argument I’ve ever seen on here.
I will agree it is a pointless argument. I see both sides and I live with both versions. I installed an icon stage 7 on my Ranger when it was new and know what it’s like to live with a modified suspension.

No one is ever happy with someone else’s opinion. Just don’t see the need to drag it out in a thread to help a guy that’s shopping new trucks with no stated intention of going off road let alone swap out the entire suspension.

Hopefully the OP finds the truck they like and enjoys it. Anyway, I’ll let this be my last.

I wouldn’t consider a 37 ecoboost. The 35 is already a dog, no need to slow it down even more. Not to mention the absurd $11k price bump. Just setting money on fire at that point. If it’s got 37s it needs to be the R.

With all the conflicting information and advice, the OP probably already bought a Ranger Raptor so he didn't have to decide...lol. 37PP FTW!!!
