Solid job for sure. I like how you were able to lay the tire at an angle to fit the jack under and still fit this all under a tonneau cover.

About how much does the rack weigh?

How did you protect the face of the rim from scratches since it is face down.

When does mass production start? Hahaha...

Weighing it is definitely on my list, I'm sure it's not lite.
The face of the rim doesn't even touch the pipe, it's recessed enough from the tire. This was also one of my concerns but when I flipped it completely misses it.
Was thinking of making another one after this and sell this one but I like it so much that I'm gonna keep it.
Not sure how WSI is making them for $400 cause the amount of time spent on building this I would basically be working for free.
I probably spent so far around close to $300 just in materials (no paint yet)
I'll take some pics of it installed in the truck once I put my cover back on. Had to take it off cause I had the bed Line-x.

Good deal on the tire mount.

I totally agree, the WSI snoball500 rack is at an unbelievable price.

Linex'ed, hopefully they don't spray over the bed bolts...

tried out the rack today, fit just right.
2 inches to spare on the top of the spare.

Spare tire stays put real nice, thought it might jiggle but it doesn't even budge.
Had the bed also Line-x the other day, $480 out the door. Thought it was a good price. Just the basic no premium cause I have my cover on 95% of the time.
