Iphone mount in lower dash area?

Anyone find a holder that can utilize the space below the ac controls? I want something lower than that dashboard....

Do you have contact charging?
Are you needing to connect to the USB for a specific feature you user?

If you don't need to physically connect, I set this in the box below the temp gauges.
When I dont need to charge I tilt it in the Pen holder beside the cupholders.

I had tried to find something that will put it right in front of me, stay there, and be charging:

but I would constantly have to adjust the brightness so I dont go blind and the magnets are highly questionable once you hit offroad.

I have a case on my phone, so it cant be a magnetic hold.....I currently use one that goes in my Jeep CD player, but my Raptor does not have one.

I use a suction cup mount from ipitaka and mount it to the right of the climate controls, on the flat spot just beneath the power outlet. I angle it towards me and its within reach, but not super close. With Apple CarPlay I don't really need to grab the phone anyway. Its a little tight when there is a big drink in the forward cup holder but so far its the best I've come up with.
