Hi all,

I am currently trying to get into a gen-1 raptor. I've wanted one since they first came out and now if all goes well I will get one. I go out to the desert to shoot and hike so a daily driver that I don't mind getting dirty made sense. I already have a prerunner ranger I built, but a locked, 2wd ranger, that's 84" wide sucks in the snow and won't really fit a car seat for my kid. Not to mention a ranger can't fit many guns or much gear

I'm sure I'll have a bunch of questions about either the one I get or trucks I look at.

crew, don't care much about the year, and Northern Utah. I've seen a couple promising ones, but also a few with interesting issues. I was seriously interested in a red one, but it had a speedo that read 20mph when it was parked and went up from there. Beyond that I've just dealt with some dumb missed opportunities on my part, and some dealers that are extremely proud of their raptors.
