Can anyone make a plastic mold, to create new clips?

These sills look great, and the problem seems to just be that the clips can't be reused or obtained from Ford.

A new plastic mold, or if a machinist could approximate the same thing from metal, and I think a lot of these would be sold.

As far as quality, one of the rear sills has sand under the paint and the sill doesn't cover the sills (see image and the opening on the left side). And yes, they are mounted on the correct sides of the truck.

How could the sill come up short? Are they like that on both sides or just one side?

Only 2 conclusions. They made them the wrong size or something is off in your truck. I'll measure my backs for you.

Thanks! They are identically short on both sides so I don't think it is the truck. I just don't think this mod is meant to be for me!
