Dual battery setup. It's been ordered elsewhere though.

Is this an easy install? what is the procedure? is it as easy as just taking the stocker off and adding this one?? are there gaskets etc?? i want to b able to brief my mechanic?? thanks

Remove factory cover by taking out bolts and knocking silicon seal loose and watch oil go all over the place. Remove leftover silicon from axle housing using razor blade and scotch brite wheel on high speed rotory. Put supplied o ring in new diff cover mating surface and lightly coat with oil. Put new diff cover on using supplied bolts. Refill with new oil. It's pretty simple...

do you have to put silicon on the new cover or does the o ring for it suffice?

O ring is all you should need.
