It's no big deal, just stating my experience. Talked to the owner several times, each time he made a commitment to get back to me and failed to do so. Talked to a nice lady who confirmed that they were understaffed, she committed to get back to me and never did so.
Like I said, they are obviously doing something right to be that busy and I wish them the best of luck. I am in Kerrville every other week helping take care of family and was excited to hear of a place that might help me with my Raptor. It just didn't work out.
Stop by their shop, in about 2 weeks when they are back from SEMA, very very nice place! Great people too, your opinion will change I promise!
