My 2011 non-raptor had the issue, like two buttons were stuck together. Dealer looked at it and fixed it. Think they took it apart and cleaned it real good. Not sure, it never did it again. It has not happened on my 2014 raptor.

Yup, I have the same problem on my 2013 Raptor. When I hit the volume button it always changes the station. I'm glad to see i'm not the only one having that problem.
