Increase Roush supercharger whine?

How can I make the stock supercharger louder?

Smaller pulley/more boost. The whine is just noise from the straight cut gears in the front of the case- it's not from the supercharger's lobes internally.

When you are not in boost, the gears have very little load and they are quiet. Under boost, they have around 50-75 HP running through them so they make noise. Put more load on those gears, and they get even louder.

forsure more boost, could go with vmp or teamjdm upgrade kit to get more boost and power

Take the insulation/rubber piece under the hood off! A lot of cobra owners do that to get more sound
