Ignition dinger

This might have been posted previously but I was wondering which wire to cut for the ignition dinger or another way to kill the sound. Thanks

I hate that dinger if it's the one I'm thinking about. You mean the one where your key's in the ignition and door's open, right? Yeah, b/c I always leave the key in around the farm so anytime I reach in and get something or just stand there with the door open my blood pressure starts going up listening to that wretched spine-grating chime!

Just disabled my seatbelt chimes, now I wanna do this too and get rid of the door chime, but I'm not finding a way to disable it in the manual. Has anyone else found a way? Help us out here....

I wrapped my dinger in black electrical tape on my car. It really silenced it without disabling it totally. Anyone know where the Raptor's is located?

Be careful of shorting out your dinger. It's a very bad thing. (Or so they tell me.)
