Let me tell you my story... might make you feel a little better.

• Feb 3rd: Order ADD Front Venom Winch Bumper, Venom Rear Bumper, Venom Sidesteps, Winch, Full ASFIR Skid Plates, LED lights for every hole in the bumpers. (All from ADD)
• March 18: Call them and ask them how the order was going. This was week 6 and they stated a 5 week lead time. Answer was "They should ship out next week"
• March 25: Call them and ask them how the order is going. Answer was "They should ship out next week"
• Rinse and repeat until April 8th (10 days before TRR). My stuff still hasn't shipped and they tell me that they ran out of some of the metal tubing and have had issues getting the venom bumpers made. They sent the stuff to the powder coater and turnaround time is 4-5 days and It should get back on Tuesday
• April 9th: Talk with them all day and they cannot get all the parts together to ship until the next day.
• April 10th: They ship it out and we pay 100$ extra for "guaranteed" delivery on Friday.
• April 15th: Never got the shipment on Friday or over the weekend. Call them. They call the shipping company (SAIA) and it arrived in San Antonio (2 hours from me) on Sat. For some reason they still can't deliver it on Monday...
• April 16th (Today): The pallet of goodies gets transferred to Austin at 2am but for some reason they still cannot deliver to me today. WTF!
• April 17th (Tomorrow and 1 day before TRR): SAIA will deliver my stuff between the hours of 3-6pm. Then I have to install by myself in my driveway a winch bumper, winch, side steps, full set of aluminum skid plates, rear bumper, and wire 6 sets of lights up... oh yea and pack to leave for TRR at 9am the next morning.

Long story is that I bought $6K+ stuff from ADD with a quoted 5 week lead time only to receive my stuff (hopefully) 10+ weeks later the day before TRR..... ADD seems like an ok company but they never called me to tell me my order was going to be delayed (I had to stay on top of them) and there seemed to be a disconnect between the fabrication floor and the sales guys. The sales guys always tried to help me out, but never could commit to much.

Tomorrow night is going to be a LONG LONG night

Just toss it all in the bed and bring it to TRR. I'll help you install it.

I found a couple for sale on the board but there is no way I'll be able to get them out here in time.

If you call around and can can track one down tomorrow at a San Antonio Ford dealer, I will buy it and bring it out Thursday for you. Or any other parts place.

If its any consolation, I had the exact same story...so much so, I thought you were mocking me....EXACT same issues.

I know, no consolation- so settle for this- once on, it turns a really cool raptor into the most bad ass ******* thing on 4 wheels. I love my stealth winch bumper now.
When you get to TRR, look them up- nice guys. It made me feel 100% better.

Go back one year, same story. I did get it just in time and it still looks great.

I do agree there is a big disconnect between their sales and fabrication guys.

Sales guys will promise custom jobs and the fab guys come back later and say no.

I do put up with it as their quality is very good

Place your vendor orders for next year's TRR when you leave on Sunday. Or call TMX or WSI. They actually need your business. Many of the others act like they could take it or leave it IMHO. Whatever. So you called again. And who are you? Sure it is in the mail.

FYI: to those in the know - TMX will do all the dirty work and stay on top of them to get your product for a very reasonable finder's fee. I am a most loyal fan. I just don't have time for it anymore.
