This is 100% true.

My MX helmets are Large. My racing helmets are M. And both are the same brand but different models, and they each fit differently.

I will find a local shop and try some on. I guess a motorcycle shop would have the best selection. I will then harness the power of the interwebs to find a good deal on one :)

Yep. That's the best way to do it. Try helmets in store, then find a deal online.

Side note, trying desperately to get coil over conversion brackets for the ranger.
That, combined with some fox 2.5's or similar, and with my rear done up I bet I could hit the TRR course....... Without TOO much damage lol.

I'd hit it stock, but I don't think I have enough cash to fix everything I'd break lmao.

Trying my damned best to set things in motion to make it for next years.

Have you looked at the stuff Camburg has for the Rangers?

The only 4x4 kit they have is a race kit. Which costs like, $8K+

The Dixon bros kit would be perfect. But they don't make them anymore. So right now, SOL for long travel unless its custom fabbed. Which again, big bucks lol.

Stock rangers have 8" travel up front. Just rough as hell thanks to the torsion bar suspension. So coilovers set up properly would do the truck for my style of driving (70+ mph down pothole filled gravel roads)

Not driving gloves, but Mechanix Wear Originals work pretty well as driving gloves.

That sounds perfect since I already have a pair of those! It didn't even cross my mind to use them.

I'd get the flower ones, but they don't match the truck. :poker:

Anyone shooting this year? Probably bring the Glock. I'd like to bring my AR, but ammo is outrageous and who knows how much longer it'll be available. My impusion is to hoard what I've got and put it away for extended storage. .40 s&w isn't cheap, but still affordable, so most likely just bring the Glock 22.

You can always bring your .22 and shoot some beer cans. Brick of 500 rds for $20. Nobody drinks on these runs haha, but there might be a 1 or 2 empties lying around by Sunday lol
