If it's the same file as last year then yes t has the hazards marked on it. Once you put the map on the lowrance it'll show up or at least it did on mine lol

My Elite 5m Baja doesn't show anything but the trail. Probably new user error!

I was just looking at my motionX HD file from last year (thanks Panda!) and it has all the mile markers. I meant to mark hazards, but got red mist when driving.
