Icom F5021 Radio Package Group Buy

I'm may just run with a small external mounted speaker with my 880 somewhere inconspicuous, but where i won't bonk my or my passenger's head. These take PL-259 antenna connectors I'm assuming?

Getting my 880H tomorrow. Still no antenna for it, but my eye is on one (probably BigJ's). I plan to install the head unit and remote controller ASAP. More to come...

Hey everyone. Sorry I haven't responded. I've been out of town. I'll make a paypal link today, and plan on ordering the radios this week.

The AUX input for the external speaker will work, except then you don't get radio The radio has a standard mono headphone output.

It will not work on CB freqs. I don't think a radio exists that will work on CB and 2M.

They do, usually they run from $600 to $850. Yaesu FT-857D and FT-897 (freebanded). Icom has similar radios that will do it.

Hey Trey, thanks for setting this up.

So I was under the impression that there was enough interest for the handhelds as well.. is this the case?

I followed the link but it only shows the options for the larger unit. Was I looking in the wrong area or somehow missed it?

Let those of us interested in the handhelds know the status please. Thanks man.
