how does audio sound without that speaker?

Audio sounds fine. You're not listening to the radio as much as listening for members on the radio. We didn't notice any difference.

Back to stock afterward. Again, when running events radio is in and when not running events center speaker is back in.

I can convert back whenever I want. That was goal. Disconnect everything, unscrew two screws, swap out and done. Takes 3 minutes tops.
