Looks good. I am leaning toward that direction when mine comes in.

Ice,
Nice 65! Any pics of you fastback?

Thanks, man! My fastback is my baby but its coming together very slowly. Its a ground up build. The shock towers are out and the TCI Mustang II is going in. That will make room for my 427 Windsor and TKO 600 5 speed. The rear suspension will be a TCI torque arm setup.

I could post a pic but it would be of a bunch of parts. Ha ha.

Looks good BDRAG, way to throw down on your new rig. I like how you went for long term quality too.
I think I would have held out for another cash source, if it came down to selling my 1911 though.

I am going Linex as well. I have it in my F350 and it gets beat to hell out in the desert and at the race tracks (it is my tow/work rig). It gets beat to shit and there hasn't been a single issue with it.

Guns are liquid cash you can play with. HAHAHAaaaaa. It was a 10 year old Charles Daly. I paid $250 new and sold it for $300. Worth $350 to $400 on line. It was a great shooting gun. Scored 100% on my last CHL test with it. Guy scoring the target could put only 4 gathered fingers in the target after 50 rounds! HAHhaaaaaaa. It stove pipes every now and then. When it worked it was point of aim every shot! The guy I sold it to was informed about the issues and he wants it for playing not self defense and had no problems with the issues mentioned. SWEET!

Another one will come along. I bought a real nice used Sig P220 last week before the liner entered my mind. Paid$ $400 for it. Damn nice gun. May send it to the Sig factory and have new night sights and all springs and such re done to make it all new. That costs $139. I will shot it first before I spend the cash on it. Sweet gun as is.

Looks good, but my $430 Rhino lining keeps me happy!

Not knockin Rhino, just the two I have seen in person around here looked like shit, roll on black stuff with cat litter sprinkled on it and just fadded looking. I spent to much on this contraption to have it look half assed. I am NOT saying thats what yours looks like. I had Rhino in my last 3 trucks. Just something has changed in the way they use it or make it or something.

Damn, the Line-X dealer in Harlingen is $375 plus tax...

I need to get this done, I just keep putting it off.

I had a Rhino-Liner on my F250, it was great. I had a fiberglass cover on it so not sure how it works in the weather.
