My favorite bit from Top Gear of all time is where the BMW M3 gets better mileage than a Pruis. PROVEN ON CAMERA!heh. i'd bet a prius trying to follow me off road would get a lot worse than 8mpg, jus sayin.

It is easier to ask than use google (heh) but are there any extended or secondary tank modifications on the market?but you'll always have gas tank envy.
Thx-a-million for the detailed reply It helps.I didn't really see a question in there but you posted to a thread dominated by people HEAVILLY partyial to the shorter version. Very few SCAB owners will try to dissuade you from getting one and say get the SCREW.
I will say these few things...
- If you have kids or intend to carry more than 2 people over 50% of the time the SCREW will probably work better.
- I spend 90% of the miles in the seat alone or with a single passenger, so the choice is clear.
- I have sat in the backseat, am exactly 6 feet tall and there's plenty of leg room.
- The rear seat-back seemed a bit upright to me, thinking I wouldn't want to sit back there more than a few hours.
- I wish the half-door opened normally, the "suicide" configuration means no B-pillar for seat-belts.
- Turn radius is a serious concern in some off-road conditions
- Shorter wheelbase helps prevent high-centering when cresting a steep ridge.
- A ton of other things I'm too lazy to list.
Because the sunroof is costing them more money in warranty work than they were making. And I bet most scabs are ordered without sunroofs. I know I ordered mine without.Thx-a-million for the detailed reply It helps.
I waver everyday on this. When spending over $70K on a new (factory ordered) Raptor, my logic tells me give your backseat passengers a "luxury" experience. . . even if it is less than 50% of the time. Likewise, keeping a $70K Raptor garage parked is smart and highly desired. . . even if it takes up both spots and barely fits. Lastly, I ponder why we don't see more SCABs. Why did Ford decide, "We're not gonna offer a sunroof on the 2019 SCABs"? Thx again!

Good question on the sunroof. It is not only on the Raptor, but on the entire F 150 line. I wanted that as well, but am living without it.
