I don't tihnk Ford looks at the customer history at all. They allocate to dealers based on the dealer sales record, right? From there, it's up to the dealer to decide who they want to sell to.

I think this is different as the dealers are ordering with no idea how many they get. You may be right, the GM and sales manger said it’s different this time around. They only had 6 allocation in 22 but ordered 13 R’s by 3 O’clock yesterday. Hopefully Ford weeds out the flippers.

On the Ford site with the R it clearly says: "Available for order Fall 2022" - so i don't think anyone is really getting an order in with Ford yet. Maybe at the dealer level.

Do you know if it’s first come first served once the dealer does submit your order and you get an email? I.e. if the dealer takes 100 orders but gets one allocation, does it go to the first one entered or does the dealer select which one gets it?

They screwed me called back added 25k cant do it unreal. I asked to speak to the owner nothing yet and I have feelers out I think I'm screwed. The R will be a 2 year run per my source not 3 like they planned.

That’s my hope. The dealer is a massive fleet specialist for California. Hopefully that gives some pull. I’ll find out soon.
