It's in a tool box looking thing under the back passenger seat. Underneath the floor. How do you get there??? Under the drivers side back seat in a little cubby hole. It's a mess.

As mentioned earlier, probably done do it's not bouncing around.

The scab is a little pouch under the seat= easy to get to...
The screw is a plastic box held down with a wing bolt in a little cubby covered with a hole just big enough to get the damn plastic box out under the seat= f'ing pain in the ass...
Customers would get flats and change the tire out then bring it in to get the tire fixed and swapped back and they'd always leave that shit out and ask us to put it all back

For some reason (manufacturing) differences in the plastic box may be the issue. Mine is a bitch to get out and put back but a friends is no big deal. So I tried his in my truck and it was better but not as smoth as his. Mfg tolerances on the truck may have a range in the metal cubby but should to be that different.
