Might not be a terrible idea to contact Ford directly about the treatment you received there. That's totally out of line.

the guys that work at dealerships are the guys that work at the oil change places. I've had everything from theft, to body damage, to ******* in the center console (seriously) in my involvements with dealerships, it won't do much good to get all bent out of shape about it and burn rubber out of the parking lot, most dealers could care less.
You can spend time taking pictures of your car, counting the change in the ashtray, measuring tread depth, etc before you take it in, but it gets old fast.
Take all your important/spendy things out first, drop it off and let em do what they do, or find another dealer. Its part of the stealership experience, and at 17, they aren't too concerned with you (no offense). I couldn't get a dealership to talk to me about buying a car until I was 35+... (lol).
See how much rubber you burn when your $90k MB goes in for a satellite issue and they get the headliner all greasy. lol.

Damn that sucks. Im glad I have a good dealership to deal with. They tell me everything they do to my truck including the mileage they put on it to test it.
