This morning I rerouted the hoses on my catch can similar to what Obscure did, and was able to get the engine cover mounted with both bolts screwed on. Thanks for the pics and pointers.
I did the same thing and it fit perfect! Also did it when the hoses were warm after a drive and that makes it way easier to move stuff around without feeling like you’re gonna break something

Email the guys at JLT - they were great at helping me understand exactly how the catch can works and the differences between the $139 JLT can compared to the $399 UPR one.

The cost savings and no needing to drill my intake were two big reasons that I went with the JLT.

I know you posted this a while ago, but what else did they say?

It looks like JLT only sells the pass side option, while UPR covers both sides.

Just completed a ~2900 mile road trip from Seattle to Vegas, back through Death Valley and central Oregon over about a week. Averaged just under 18 MPG, including some stretches along US93 where I was able to let Venture (ya, I named my Raptor) stretch her wings for good long stretches. Didn't appear to use a measurable amount of oil based on the dipstick level, but I did find this in my just-installed JLT catch can. Not a huuuge amount, but still happy that that gunk isn't cycling through the intake side. Probably between 1 and 2 tablespoonsful Thank YOU JLT!. The last two pics are about 2/3 way thru the trip, haven't taken any from the end just yet.

My ONLY advice is...do NOT over-tighten the can on the mount. Depending on how you route the doses it may be difficult to get it off if you over-tighten it. I had to de-mount mint today to get the collector off. Put a drop of light machine oil on the threads to help, and just barely got it snug. Will check it from time to time to ensure it stays well fitted, but don't want to have to disconnect everything each time I want to empty it, though it's only a 5 minute job to do so.

Yep agree with you. Decided to go this route versus the $400 one others are using and it works great, just as advertised.
There is a reason why other's cost like $400.00. They work better and was proven on another ford forum. A very long thread. RX is original and is the only one I'd install, However, catching some but NOT all is better than none.

Link, please. Otherwise, to me, it's just the Raptor Tax, or simply being overpriced. No way can they cost enough to produce to where a 'reasonable' profit requires a $400 price point.

Nice Ad! Includes the following statement: "WE ARE DRAG RACERS, INNOVATORS, AND DESIGNERS. WE ENJOY IMPROVING PCV SYSTEMS AND ENGINE EFFICIENCY IN GENERAL. YOU WILL SEE ADDITIONS TO MAKE OUR CANS TAKE THE LEAD IN THE NEAR FUTURE TO GET AWAY FROM THE CONFUSION AND IMITATION ARTISTS WITH THE RX BRAND." So where's the proof. Identical engines, one with their system, one with say the $139 system discussed in this thread. Identical driving for the same number of miles on the same roads, with the same oil and fuel, at the same time(s) of day etc. How much is captured by their $570 system compared to the $139 system? Again, without PROOF, it's all empty words.

The $139 system is likely all that is needed.

I do like the idea of the RX sysrem or the dual radium one.. just because it addresses the PCV and CCV.

No one will ever prove if one is better than the other.

I've been using the catch can set up for past several years and to me it's just cheap insurance. If you have a pre 2017 EB with the direct injection set up, Ford has had issues with the EGR "gunk" building up on the underside of the intake valve nearest the EGR inlet and eventually causing issues with rough idle, etc. Remedy was to replace entire head - they won't flush intake as it can damage the turbos. In 2017, (IIRC), Ford went back to the dual injection set up to keep the back side of intake valve cleaner. Blow by is even more prevalent in forced air engines but is present in most all combustion engines. I use the JLT system on my 2017 GT 350 (which is NA) and the can collects around 1 oz. of the blowby gunk every 3K - 4K miles.

JMO, but I'd rather not have that stuff going back into the intake/combustion chamber...
