Ex-wife hated the idea of me getting a Raptor. Said Raptors are “stupid”. Divorced her (lots of reasons other than her dislike of Raptors.....) and now have a Raptor. I love it. Girlfriend loves it too and actually has more confidence in its abilities off road than I do (she’s always been right thus far.....).
I would have just divorced her over the Raptor, [emoji1744].

When we were dating, the Missus used to get very excited whenever we saw a first Gen go by. So I figured since COVID was hitting hard, I’d get a good deal on one and I did. Here’s your early birthday present honey.

I believe her exact words as we were pulling out of the dealership were, “We’re in a motherf***ing Raptor!” followed by a laugh.

Girl likes her trucks. :33:

WOW, being a female on this forum you really need a sense of humor. I love the intel/experience from this group but you "guys" are really envy of yourselves and your truck

I realize most are being humorous but you always have that % that really aren't.

At the end of the day......it's an awesome truck but errogance gets you nowhere.

Keep it real and the info coming! Love to learn what everyone is doing with their trucks ✌

I'm not 100% sure what you said here, but I think you're implying that a non-insignificant portion of people who happen to all own some high end stuff are going to be arrogant about it. Isn't that pretty much standard for any group, regardless of gender, who have nice things? Heck, is having nice things even a requirement to be arrogant?

A woman driving a Raptor can be highly attractive.

Anyone getting preachy about my vices is never attractive.

BTW - I am in favor of this forum being open to anyone and everyone and all opinions related to the trucks should be welcome.

It's not that it was too bad ass for me I just hated watching you drive away! Although I liked watching you climb in, kinda reminded me of all those years in my youth trying to help all of those baby sheep over the fence. Over and over.

No, no, no. If they go over, you're doing it wrong. :D
