I wouldn’t be afraid of rattle can raptorliner 2K. Super easy to use and gets great results.

1) Scuff the area to be lined
2) Tape off
3) 2 coats of adhesion promoter
4) Spray liner from 10 - 12” away

I did my bumpers and steps. Lasted 3 years and then did a light coat for touch up. Used to be under $100 for 4 cans + adhesion promoter, now closer to $150.
