How to Find a Raptor on a Dealer Lot

Most recent dealer interaction involved a dealer calling me back who I spoke with last week. They still want $7.5k over (talked them down from $12k over!), but wanted to let me know that the GM is currently driving it. Why would you call me just to tell me that? I really hope one day we can do away with car dealers and just order from Amazon or something. Free two day shipping!

I like the Amazon idea. however that would be a very big box!

My friend bought a mattress off Amazon once. It came in a tiny box with a vacuum sealed bag inside. When she cut the bag the matress expanded to 20 times the size. Maybe it could be like that with the Raptors. Science!

Has anyone checked with Costco?
You used to be able to order Ford cars and trucks through them...
Frankly - I wished I had remembered that a month ago before I ordered mine!

I've been looking for a couple weeks now to find mine. In California, dealers are asking $20-25K over MSRP, and sounds like they're moving them for $15K over. I've bought sight unseen and willing to do it again, and finding some for $5K over but not the right combination of features (802A, Tech package, silver or magnetic).

If anyone has any tricks or know where one is, I'd sure like to join the Raptor family sooner than later!!

I'm in the same boat. First I was on the MSRP only wagon...but that doesn't seem happening any more, and now moved to the 3k over...seems like most dealers are realistically in the 7.5-10k range... I have seen a couple 5k's ,but that's still a little too high for me.

I had a impatient meltdown today and decided to just find a Raptor in stock instead of waiting for my 10/13/16 order to get scheduled. I found a Blue Scab with 802A, tech, and a nice option list. It's in New York. They were asking 5K over, but quickly decided to accept my MSRP offer. Then I realized I want the color and options I ordered for myself. So if anybody is interested you can PM me. I'd be happy to pass along the contact information.

I keep going through these phases as well. First, only MSRP, then 2k over, but must be magnetic, then 2k over but any color, then 3k over magnetic, black or AG...hahah I'm freaking out here....lol
