I wanted to say Thank You to all who contributed to this thread. I finally got for scan and the OBD-EX adapter and got everything set up. I did the Ride Height Re-Set today and it made a world of difference with how my truck rides. What is crazy is I paid the Dealer to do it about 6 months ago, seemed good for a few weeks and then went stiff again. So this just verifies that Dealers charge for stuff and do not do the work properly. It was driving me crazy, found this thread and followed the directions and worked perfectly. I was way out of whack before the Re-Set. It took me a few tries to get into Engineering Test Mode correctly, but the rest was easy to follow. I appreciate all the expertise here.

After....good enough for me.

What year is your truck? Looks like 2022?

I had a hard time getting everything close to 0 on my 2024. I think I was 13mm in the rear both sides. Close enough, but never could get it any better, even in engineering mode.

Mine is a 2022, I am glad everything is within 1 mm. Confirming you were outside the truck and clicked the correct gas tank level? Maybe run it again.
