How many miles can I expect to get from a 2018 Raptor?

Probably consider a deep dive (rebuild) into the engine every 100k miles.
I agree with the other posters who responded to that outlandish accusation. As I stated in a previously different topic I don’t own a Raptor. I stumbled across you guys site looking for a replacement/ repair for the intercooler air deflectors.
Having the same motor (now with comparable performance having added a Full Race Freak-O-Boost kit and custom performance tune) I stand behind the longevity of my 2016 Expedition EL 3.5liter. I’ve got 160k on mine. So, yeah, that’s BS. I’d get the 2018 Raptor if your seriously considering it!!!

I highly doubt a rebuilt is needed with only 100k miles unless it’s been completely abused and Neglected, even then, would more than likely be fine. My buddies 2017 Raptor has 175k and he off roads it. Zero issues
There we go, the proof is in the pudding. Your buddy should document his Raptor maintenance plan and I’m sure people would follow it. I bet it’s nothing exotic either right?

I already sent him the link to my post. He is old school and doesn’t play into social media. He doesn’t even have a linkendln account and he/his company is very successful in the commercial TI industry.

I’m at 109k on my 2018. Besides the cam phasers needing attention, I have not replace any (non maintenance) parts. No dash lights, no rattles, and no leaks. Original shocks even.View attachment 336383
You should rebuild those shocks.... you dont realize how sloppy it has gotten until you to. I did mine at 54k miles, night and day difference.

Probably right… trying to hold out for a code orange G3. (Haven’t done a single mod since June because of it)
