How do you remove dash cover above the gauges?

I bought a new leather dash cover to replace the plastic one above the gauges. Does someone know how to remove without doing damage?

Dash Cover

The cover is the same leather cover that you would find on the platinum and Lariots. PN# is: BL3Z*15045F20*BC Bezel in Black.
Cost was $125.88 from Guadin Ford in Las Vegas

I had my Ford dealer install it. I asked the tech and he said that you have pull the entire cover towards you (steering wheel). You can use a trim removing tools to pry it loose as you slide towards the steering wheel.
