How do I turn these off?

Check the wiring to the rear tail lights. Corrosion in the rear harness will cause this. I’m guessing your getting blind spot warning codes?
Ope. No codes. But Everytime I put it in reverse it beeps non stop. I have to turn off the alarm Everytime. But I think that's because I have an armor thing in my tail hitch. I doubt I have corrosion. I'm in AZ and the truck is never in the rain

I would not keep your keys in the truck. This has been shown to keep the truck cycling thinking you are about to start it. Remove the key and place away from the truck. Retest.
Is that why I hear the truck make weird clicky noises at random times?
