How do I make this thing go faster?

Yeah, TOTALLY different because of 4 extra gears when I think I made it to third and he made it to second, and you lose 0.1 sec per shift in a drag race.... But keep the excuses coming, I love it.

The only point I am trying to make is that Ford didn't "ruin" the Raptor by going from a V8 to a TTV6.

You can downplay it all you want to, but it does make a difference. If you put a 10 speed twin turbo V8 in a Raptor and race a 10 speed twin turbo V6 Raptor, you know what the result would be. The 10 speed makes a big difference. Furthermore, it will help minimize the gap between the Raptor and the TRX even though the TRX will have a lot more power than the Raptor.

I agree with your overall sentiment: Ford did not ruin the Gen 2 by going with a V6.

In a drag race, which is the video I posted, the 10 speed, along with the extra shifts, is a detriment.

edit: and if my grandmother had handlebars, shed be a bike

The 10 speed being a detriment is relative to how JDM calibrated your PCM/TCM and whether or not you had it in manual/auto. If I recall, I don't think JDM skips gears with their tune. So all that plays a factor in how the power comes on as it goes through the different gears.

I think Ive said this three times now. Shifting more times in a drag race ISN'T an advantage. It costs 0.1s per shift. In a 60mph drag race, the 10 spd is not helping. I know you wish it was, but it isn't.

Yea, so you just stay in first gear and never shift right?

Are you high right now? He said he was in 3rd and the other guy was in 2nd.
A lot of high hp drag cars have 2 speed transmissions.

We are not talking about high HP drag cars. We are talking about Raptors. The power distributed on gear 3 of a 10-speed is not the same as what is distributed on gear 3 of a 6-speed. That's why I said it is comparing apples to oranges.

Dear OP, there is nothing you can do to significantly increase hp and tq numbers, that is why i hate this ttv6 and want to really punish the guy at ford who decided to ditch the old 6.2 v8. really wana burn him alive. cut his tiny beeds off. stitch em again, and cut em off, stitch em again and cut em off and again and again till eternity.
700hp and the v8 rumble is my cup of tea. Easily and reliably possible on v8 with twin turbo or sc, hell and can be pushed to 1000 hp with few additional upgrades.

If you really wana go faster then might look at gt500. love everything about it. Or wait for gen 3 or trx.

Everything you just said is a complete crock.

There are endless upgrades for the 3.5 EcoBoost engines; even with basic Intake/Downpipes/Tune these trucks are as fast as Supercharged Gen 1’s. Then there are turbo kits available if you’re after even more power than that. RMB Motorworks (@RMB_Ryan) has proven the immense capabilities of the 3.5 EcoBoost platform.

As for personal preference, I’ll take the massive MPG advantage over the V8 any day. I actually drive my truck and appreciate having the both the power and fuel economy of the EcoBoost.
